Put my automatic into Park while car was coasting..(940 Volvo Turbo 91) 900 1991

I put the automatic on my prize 940 Volvo Turbo 91 into Park while car was coasting and still not at a dead stop .maybe doing 3 -- 5 mph..I heard that spine tingling noise when two mechanical parts that arent supposed to come into contact do so.. never took an automatic apart, so i dont know what damage i did if any..anybody got a damage assessment?

My sister did this once on a car while it was doing 20 with known damage..any automatic transmission whizzes out there? I've taken several manuals apart before,..I'm not a bad driver, i was just distracted trying to troubleshoot a chronically flooding engine by using my left foot on the brake pedal and a right on the gas pedal when a Dog shot out of nowhere, and I though the brakes wouldnt stop me in time...
