STILL hesitating when boosting - HELP!! 700 1989

Greetings,

My 765T is STILL hesitating while (attempting) to boost. I've replaced all vacuum hoses, verified the integrity of the turbo hoses and checked the intercooler for holes and it's tight.

While testing it tonight, the car died coming into the garage and the idle is searching very slightly (50 - 75 RPM) - any ideas?

In the last month, I have replaced the alternator, re-soldered the flexible circuit board on the back side of the instrument cluster(alt wasn't charging, now it is) and replaced the starter. Both battery cables were replaced. The car starts every time that I try it.

All ground connections are clean and tight. Is the fuel pump relay the culprit??

I'm really stumped and need some direction before I cry "uncle" and take it in to be looked at (which I really don't want to do)

Replies are much appreciated
