The rough number I was using was 12cc's for the dish volume. There is a fairly thick full height band around the outside of the piston - I'd say maybe 1/2 inch or so? I didn't take any pics of mine, and for some reason I can't easily find any pics online of B21 dished pistons either. I would imagine that the quench effect would be slightly lessened because the squish shelf on a B20 head is a little larger than that.
