I have ordered a lot of stuff over the years from FCP, and yes, there have been two occasions on which wrong or missing parts were involved. They always immediately corrected the error, once sending me a UPS authorization in the follow-up shipment to return the wrong stuff, and once Nick telling me to keep the B230 cam cover gaskets - not worth the shipping to return. (So now I have spares for the 940.)

They're not perfect, but they don't argue when they make a mistake - a big difference from many mail order places! I think you just got caught on a rare, double blunder.
