I think the condensation problem in the oil is gone! 700 1989

I think if you are seeing frothy oil, it's not from normal condensation from short-trip driving.

We've done ~9,000km k (5500miles) in a year and ~50% of the trips are short (<11KM). We don't see the chocolate milk syndrome in the oil ... btw, I had an Escort with frothy oil so I know of what you mean.

Have you done a pressure test of the coolant system? The reason you may not have seen it after a long trip was the oil was hot enough for long enough to burn off residual water.
