Thanks for your help. Been testing those 2 posts all morning and got nothing. Got done reading your post and fiddled around for a while then went back to it. Tested them again and now have continuity. WHAT THE? Left the relay by the sliding glass door , IN THE SUN. That's all it took. Anyway kept it warm took it to the car and it started right up. Getting a new relay monday. Then i'll play with this one and see if i can get to that solder joint. I don't think so with the iron i have, very tight fit between the joints. Again THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.
