Idle Adjustment & Normal Idle Range? 700 1989

It is normal for the idle fluctuate up and down a bit. After all the dash guage is not that accurate nor does the IAC have that much resolution to keep it spot on. The important thing is that it stays fairly consistant between drive and neutral and should rise to about 900 with AC on. Sounds as if you have it set up perfectly. Maybe lower the idle speed a bit with air bleed screw with jumper on. Yes,OK to move the ground on and off while running.
