Is this wagon woth looking into?

Hi
I would be a bit cautious about this car:
Why? This car has been neglected, 240 trannys are extremly rugged and if it's broke it's due to neglect. Also:

* The plastic covering the lower part of the left front door is loose. This is often caused by rust behind it. Once loose it gets wet behind it and more rust adds up
* The hood is misaligned, most likely the car has been in a crash and been fixed by some backyard company? The whole front looks a bit misaligned to me.
* More signs of missing maintenance in the pictures: The left front light has been broke for a while,(the reflector is matte), the car is missing bits of molding here and there, the rear registration plate lights is also loose(very common place to rust)
On the other had, if you get it cheap... everything can be fixed!
