OIL leak, '91 945 SE Turbo. need input. 900

My '91 945 Turbo has gradually began leaking from 2 steel lines @ oil filter
fittings. this year car has steel, not rubber lines. the oil is forming in large droplets off lines below oil filter (OE VOLVO Filters always). Is there a common problem with the sealing of these steel lines @ oil filter housing area? The fittings appear to be tight enough there. BUT STILL A LEAK.

I do have to reseal distributor but that is minor compared to the above mentioned leak. the distributor is not leaking "down" on right side of block.

I have dye, and can do steam clean + dye test BUT was just wondering if anyone else had same problem. I am leaking 2-3 qt every 5000 miles. my driveway is getting "sealed" with mobil 1, not cool.
