Glad to hear you're still sportin' the 245Turbo. Your many posts about maintenance and upgrades have been very helpful to me.

Could I ask your opinion on which Amsoil engine oil to buy for my beast? My local dealer(extremely local,I work with the guy) will order soon, and I want a Volvo-specific opinion:
Mainly in-town driving, infrequent warmup
Rarely single-digit ambient temps, rarely over 90 ambient(central N.J.)
Dino oil for the last 140K total miles
No consumption problems or smoking except for puff on WFO to closed throttle
