Tires: Radial Force Balancing ? 200 1991

Has anyone had their 200 wheel/tire combo force balanced on a Hunter balancer to eliminate steering wheel wobble at 50+ mph? When having tires Radial Force Balanced with a Hunter GSP9700 balancer, what's the maximum acceptable amount of force variation that can be in a tire/wheel combo before problems occur? The combo in question is a stock 200 steel wheel with a 195 70 R14 Michelin Harmony. There seems to be plenty of information about how force balancing works, but not alot on what force variations are acceptable. http://www.hunter.com/pub/product/balancer/index.htm
