injector still leaking after new seals 700

i replaced the seals for all four injectors today. went smoothly and followed the write in the faq section. i changed them because the #2 seal was seeping gas. after the new seals the #2 injector is still leaking. i cleaned in the port and the injector went in smoothly. could the injector be bad somehow, why might it still be leaking?
