1989 740 wil not stay running

This is another problem car I have I've again changed everything I can think of when I can get it to start well let me say when I turn the key it starts when I let go of the key and will run for a few mins. then act like it ran out of gas cranking it again it does the same thing over and over if I disconnect the icm it runns better but then it goes back to the same thing cuts out. If I attempt to touch the gas even just a hair it stops immediatly. Like I turned off the ign.But at least it does'nt run rich. Please help
