Lights and radio staying on

85 240, prior to yesterday I had noticed the running light were on when I started up, and because I don't have automatic head lights I also noticed the radio would stay on when the headlights are on, ignition off. Sunday though my luck has run out, after jumping the battery and going for a ride I had parked for a couple of minutes and the dash and running lights came on, as well as the tunes.
I've got my fuses in pocket, any quick fix?
