Fixing intermittent electrical problem(grounds) 700 1991

Referring to the intermittent problem posted by rascal, i was relieved to find someone with the same problem as well. I tell you, the mechanics are absolutely dumbfounded by this gremlin. One day you see it, one day its gone.

Anyway, can someone show me a step by step illustration on fixing those grounds?

I dont have much time and money(and skills either) to do what those guys did(installing and swapping numerous parts) but i am willing to do this grounding work myself and save several hundred bucks(and obtaining self confidence as well)

Any ideas and suggestions? or maybe someone would be kind enough to do it for less than the garage?I am located in Madison,WI.
