960 exhaust issue S90-V90

Hey guys...got a 960 sedan with 106K, purchased in October.
As of late, I have a lack off power on the highway- when passing, and
I cannot get it over 85mph- its a struggle. There is also a squealing
noise (yeah, I know...) correlated to RPMs which I originally thought to be from engine bay, a belt maybe, but is certainly from an exhaust piece, that
my former mechanic told me ( I have relocated, and he's too far away...)

Has anyone experienced this or know of it so I have some idea of
possibilities so when I go see a mechanic that I do not know, but
has been recommended to me, I have some insight!
Any exhaust scematics or diagrams to help me???
