240 wagon sitting for months 200 1986

My 1986 240 wagon has sat for months while I was away.

Before I start it I'd like to take the spark plugs out and get a little oil in each cylinder.
WD40 would be easy, but I'd prefer to get some 10w30 in there.
Any ideas/suggestions?
