I've got 205/50/15's on 15X6 Torq Thrust II's on my PV. They needed just the slightest work on the rear fenders to prevent rubs - I just crimped the lip in a little. You probably won't have any issues with 195's, even though 60's are a little taller.
The front suspension is very particular about back spacing. No more than about 3 1/2 inches or the inner rim will hit that upper suspension pivot. The stock wheels already come *very* close - so all added width needs to be on the outside, not inside. In a similar fashion, you are unlikely to find 14 inch wheels that will work because the tie rod ends sit inside the wheel and might rub if the inner diameter is reduced. *Most* of the 15X6 wheels I found seemed to have a common 3 3/4 inch backspacing (probably works well on Mustangs and Mopars), and wouldn't work without spacers, but the Torq Thrust II just happens to come with 3 3/8th's.
Here's a lousy pic of the wheels on my PV. The tires don't poke out, nor do they hide inside the fenders - they fill them just right (to my eye). Now when I put my skinny steels with their 165R15 tires baack on occasionally it looks comically spindly underneath.
