Tips for selling my 240 200 1982

It has come time to sell my 240. It has rust problems that I am not interested in fixing. I wanted to get an opinion from you all. Right now I am running blizzak snows on seperate steel wheels. The summer tires ares not roadworthy, (less than 1/16" tread and 2 have leaks), the snow tires are in awesome shape and have less than 10k on them. My question is whether I should buy new tires just for the sake of selling them on the car, or just sell the car as is. How much could I expect to earn by selling the blizzaks seperately, ?? BTW, the car is an 82 244 with perfect drivetrain, 180k, but w/ body, floor, and rocker panel rust. Or should I part it out?? I dont know if I'm emotionally strong enough to do that though.. LOL
