122 Ignition Switch 120-130

After almost two years the LAPD recovered my stolen 122. It's not too bad, but the first issue is the thief changed the ignition switch - my key won't work.

What are my options? Can a locksmith make a key for me? Or how would I remove the existing switch (without damaging my dash) to install a new one?

Any ideas?
