122 Ignition Switch 120-130

I would recommend that you get a locksmith to pick it and make a key for you
(assuming you can't get a key that works from the perpetrator, which I would
see as an option considering the help you have already gotten from LAPD).
Cars that still have the armored cable and switch are pretty rare.
Locks and keys are still available although somewhat harder to find than they
used to be.
