Cruse Control 200 1989

Seems like you're familiar with several versions.

Does below describe the 86-89 version you mentioned:
My '86 with Cruise Control has a firewall-mounted "thing" - a black cylinder about 5 inches long, with one rounded end, near center of the firewall, just under the windshield. Is that the 86-89 version you know?
Do you know is this a vacuum pump or just a vacuum chamber??

Does this version with black cylinder fit directly into the '89?

The later version - I think I have parts for this version, in a bag -
Do the parts from the 90-93 version fit directly into the '89?
Or are you talking about a CC for the '89 that is LIKE the 90-03 type??

Thanks,
Bruce
