960(V90)Turn Signal frozen...HELP!!! S90-V90

Well everything worked fine in my 98 V90 until I went through the car wash yesterday. The right turn signal light remains on but not flashing and when I engage the turn signal stalk, the emergency flasher button lights. The emergency flashers do not work when I press the switch.
I checked the fuses on the side of the dash and the big fuses behind the battery under the hood. What should I check next fellow brickmeisters??
