89 sedan stalls 200

Hi. My 89 240 has been stalling irregularly for a few weeks. I thought I had the problem fixed when I cleaned the 25 amp fuse connection under the hood, but the problem returned last night. The car will putter likes it not getting gas and will sometimes return to normality and other times will stall. Sometimes it will start right back up and run right and other times it will start and then die after running for a few seconds. The puttering occurs throughout the driving range and became more and more frequent until last night it took me 2 hours of moving and sitting to move it 2 miles off the highway.

When this happened two weeks ago I changed the fuel filter, fuel pump relay, and secured the 25 amp connection under the hood. I hear the fuel pump running even as the car cuts out. Please someone help!!! Thanks.
