No start! 1990 B230FT (Wagon) Fuel Pump Relay Location? 700

Hi Guys,

Well, heres the story, I parked the car the other night and now it will not start. I am in the process of troubleshooting and cannot find the Fuel Pump Relay anywhere. I looked at all of the FAQs and cannot seem to find my year model. I removed all of the panels , driver side underneath, passenger side, radio etc...I replaced the distributor and plug wires yesterday and still no start. I have spark and I can hear the pump turn on momentarily when the ignition is turned on. The car turns over and sometimes almost starts but wont make it . I think its a fuel problem and need a point in the right direction. I would like to start with the FP relay but cant find the damn thing! If you know where it is and what it looks like I would be most grateful. Thanks!
