No Start Becomes No Stop 700 1989

My 7655T (B230FT) was not starting when hot, evolving into no start, period. I've replaced the starter, which tested bad. Then I had hesitation under boost ad it ended up being the Radio Supression Relay, which provides 12V to the injectors and this solved my hesitation problems.

While diagnosing the RSR problem, I switched the Aux Fan and RSR harnesses, which solved my hesitation. The car will not turn off. I can turn the key off, remove the key and the car continues to run. I ended up pulling fuse 31, to the fuel pump to shut the car down. When I remove the key and the car is running, the overdrive arrow comes on and the SRS light is on. Related??

I'm completely stumped. Anyone got any ideas??
