Do premium spark plugs make any difference?

I would say hype all the way. The premium plugs do last longer. In a high performance engine coupled with upgraded ignition, the better plugs can make a difference. If you have a high boost turbo or running Nos then they are a must. I would stay away from Bosch platnums and anything Champion. Bosch supers are a fine plug as are any NGK's.
