Do premium spark plugs make any difference?

we have recently used the 4 prong bosch spark plugs they are great and fire like the regular bosch plugs U dont think any difference in them at all but tried them to see have 2 of our 4 volvos with them and other 2 regular bosch plugs they seem to last better than any we have ever used had these volvos since 1993 and love them all 1 1980 bertone coupe, 1 dl 245 wagon 1981, 1 240 dl sedan, and the newset one 1989 240 dl wagon we havehad this one only 3 months and still seeking it out but its great also
