I can't tell you for sure, but I doubt that it would work. The B230FT has the cam-driven distributor at the rear of the cylinder head (started in 1985), as your B23FT has the distributor on the side of the block. If it were a B230 car already, the harness may match up, but not in your case (not that this is a bad thing; the B23FT that you have is thought to be a more desirable engine). There are likely other wiring differences in the two harnesses, but this is the most obvious to me.
