Do premium spark plugs make any difference?

I'm a sucker for most of this stuff and the first to say if I've been took,I was took on the Split fire plug when they came out and also with the Bosh 4 prong plugs as well. I have used the Bosh plugs from the Volvo dealer and they are fine--- now I'm gonna say the best plug I have ever seen, are these new
E3 spark plugs--about 4--5k on them now and they are the smoothest thing I ever bolted into an engine block--bar none.
Around 10bucks each,expensive--but they are smooth and are continuing to stay that way.
I'm going to order a new batch for my 04 BMW soon.
My 2 cents
