Header pipe fiasco 200

Well now I'm in deep doodoo. I'm replacing the header pipe on my 89 240. I got 2 of the three nuts off the pipe and manifold. The last one wouldnt budge I sprayed it for a couple of days and heated it. I lost my patience and heated it too much and snapped off the stud inside about 4 threads in. Is there any possible way off getting that stud out of there. If I take it to a shop will they have to take off the exhaust manifold to get it out. What are we looking at here. As always thanks for the help.
