Hello, I am looking for some advice on a possible camshaft replacement on my 230FT. I will be doing a head gasket replacement, resurface head, valve grind etc, and want to replace the cam with the VX performance cam but am concerned about low end torque, emissions test's in So Cal. Also, where is the scan tool access plug to run a diagnostic test for possible codes? I am used to my 1990 240 which is easily accessable on the left fender strut tower.
