Brake shimmy and shine 700

There was a vibration in my left wheel, which was diagnosed as the wheel bearings. Replaced bearings on both sides, and had inner and outer tie-rods also replaced. Now, the vibration occurs when I brake hard, but not while driving (like it was). I had rotors turned about 2 months ago, and put new pads on at the same time. Kinda at a loss here, I was hoping that replacing the wheel bearings would clear it up.

Also, how do you take off the lense for the corner (night driving) light to change the bulb? It seems that there's nothing holding it there but the rubber moulding, and I don't want to crack the lens.
