Electrical woes 700

"The horn doesn't work." Prob the contact in the steering wheel, or a short in the wiring near the horns.

"The rear pass side window will only roll up by using the rear pass window controls." Dirty master switch, probably full of dry coke.

"And I believe the rear fogs (the top red lamps on the tails) are both not working, I get a bulb error light." :) The fogs are not connected to the bulb out light, only the brake lights. The light you see in the dash is to let you know that the fogs are on. The bulb may be burned out.
