may need to adjust KD cable to fix late O/D shift 200 1989

okay, so now my O/D is kicking in at 60mph instead of the usual 50-55mph, which is still pretty late. I tested the O/D button, and the orange arrow comes on and off. so I don't think it's relay-related, but who knows. in my previous post regarding this late shift someone suggested adjusting the KD. I'm gonna do this because it's FREE. but I have a problem. I've read the faq and as complete as the steps were in explaing what to do, I still do not understand what nuts I am supposed to adjust. what size are these two nuts? I'm thinking they are the ones spaced about 1.50 inch from each other and near the red plastic thing on the cable. can I adjust the cable only for 4th gear shifting? I really don't want to mess up the 1, 2, 3 shifting, as they seem pretty much ok.

my next thing is changing the relay, the next cheapest thing. thanks in advance.
