Wobbly Wagon- Shimmy When Speeding Up or Slowing Down-Help! 200 1986

My 86 240 wagon is developing a problem where when I am slowly accelerating or decellerating to a stop, the whole car starts to wobble back and forth.
I don't feel it at all in the steering wheel, but it is like the whole car starts to rock. At about the twenty, it starts to smooth out, and is hardly noticable above forty. The slower I can go, the worse it is, but not at all at idle.

Would this be a suspension or front end problem, some bad motor mounts, or what?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, I am really thinking about sending this car to the big brick parking lot in the sky. Thanks.
