Where/Who In NJ For Auto Transmission Replacement ?? 200

About 3x weeks ago my 1988 240 DL w/133,000 miles auto tranny(aw70) had bad slipping problem. I changed radiator(as coolant got into atf) to a known good one, flushed tranny, and switched to Mobil 1 synthetic atf. All was good until today when on parkway going about 65 mph for about 20 minutes tranny slipping problem happened again. Towed car home. I've had 5x Volvos before . All were manual Tranny. This is my 1st auto tranny. I'm not too pleased/happy/impressed with volvo auto tranny. Anyway enough ranting and on to questions : Assuming I keep car I think I need to replace tranny with a used one. #1 Where in NJ(Central)is a good source for good used tranny preferably with a guarantee ? #2 Who is good reasonable shop to do this job ?(i am not up to doing this myself) #3 What Is A fair price to pay for tranny ? For work ? Any other insights, suggestions, advice about this matter are as always greatly appreciated. Thanks.
P.S. - Does it make sense to keep this car ? Actually just did all 4x brakes, new front tires, alignment so otherwise car is good.
