Burglarized car questions... 700

Some idiot broke into my wife's Volvo last night, breaking the rear driver quarter window (the fixed window right behind the door), ripping the stereo out (and like an idiot they left the stereo face sitting there), and jamming a huge screwdriver into the driver side lock.

1st: Anyone ever replace a window themselves? I've gotten quotes and they range from $300 to $500. Too much... wondering if I could pull the window from a junker and replace it? Anyone know how?

2nd: If I replace the lock will this affect her power door locks? Will I need to replace both locks or can locks be re-keyed?

Thanks...

Funny thing is, my car was parked RIGHT behind her's and I've got a $2000 stereo system... here's is a crap Alpine CD player and they left her faceplate AND her Sirius system... UGH!
