brake line stripped at caliper, what to do 200 1989

What started as a job replacing one caliper has turned into replacing all four, but the root of my real problems is that everything is so old and rusted -200,000 + miles, i got it at 189k- that disconnecting things like the brake lines has been a real pain. Right now, I'm at the point that the two brake lines connected to the front driver's caliper are both stripped. It seems like someone tried to do the job once and left a mess - many of the bleeder valves are broken off, etc.
Anyway, how can I possibly get the brake line going from the caliper to the soft line off, the heads are really rounded off.
