Yeah, meant seat back, already did the blown-out bottoms with the IPD-type stuff (basically seatbelt webbing), definitely firmer.

I think the backs of the seat have a couple passes of elastic running vertical and a couple running horizontal, which are attached to a bar that adjusts in or out, changing the tension and thus the lumbar support.

I'm going to be pulling the seats apart to install some headrests, so figure I'll do the elastic at the same time.
