After reading all the posts so far, I looked thru a selection of my USA 1970s Volvo Accessory brochures. I have several that are Volvo GT Accessories. None show the optional grille with the built in driving lights, but most show bumper mounted accessory lights. One shows the "Rallye instrument cluster" also has an above mounted Tach and separately an above mounted clock. A couple of others show GT instruments with separate part numbers for 140 and 164. These are all pre-'73.

Maybe the rallye grilles were available thru the Volvo Competition Service. Not being in the GT accessory brochures could explain why they are so scarce today.
