Crank case gases. 120-130

I have a B20 with a fuel injected head and a dual carb setup. Well I suspected my engine wasn't in great shape (bought it from a crashed car because my B18 had gouges in one of the cylinders). Well I noticed lately that often times upon acceleration the cabin will fill with smoke. Well working under the hood today I noticed that when I reved the engine that smoke comes out of the dipstick tube. I have been using the original B18 1968 EGR setup with a tube going from the crankcase through a PCV to the intake manifold with a small orrifice fitting on the manifold. And the oil cap goes to the air filter. Well I also noticed for quite some time that the PCV valve click clacks like crazy when the engine is running. What is going on here? Did I gouge out another cylinder?
