Auto RX I'm not convinced S90-V90

The best oil for any car in good condition is Synthetic. I use Amsoil 0w-30, change filter at 6 months and oil at 12 to 15 K or once a year. I run my Delivery Vans and courtesy vans this way with no problems, very low oil cunsumption and low Maint. costs. Most have close to 200K. Oil consumption on 1 Ford is 1 Qt per 15,000 miles. I am going to Amsoil 5w-40 on my next Volvo oil change '97 V90.
