hard to pull out the relay board 700 1989

thanks for the tip on unplugging the battery - i thought i was safe enough not having the key in, but now i know better.

i only found one plastic clip that needed undone, and the board is loose (i can maneuver it quite freely), but i can't get it to come out very far at all.

i'll keep poking at it and see if anything comes of it.

again, thanks for the help! i really enjoy the service that this site provides (it's my master PM list of choice!)
