hard to pull out the relay board 700 1989

i know i've got issues with the OD because it engages in all sorts of odd and sticky ways with my tranny when i have the button pressed; however, i was just trying to inspect my fuel injection relay.

i think the relays are actually ok, but i suspect that the board is old and the connections between the wires/relays/and the boar are cracked and useless. that's just my (very) humble opinion. but i will check the OD one tomorrow.
