Update on the 'Flapping' noise coming from Dashboard Area 900

Well, as Steve and other suggested, it was something under the cowl panel. Which, as they told me was very easy to remove 2 wipers, 3 bolts, 10 minutes max.

So, I got the cowl panel off and there is a nice little plastic sheild in there to protect the wiper motor(s) from the elements. It was VERY loose on the driver's side. I grabbed a couple of zip-strips and secured the loose end to the wiper motor, took it on a test drive, and? No more flapping noise!!

Hopefully it's okay to secure the sheild to the motor, I didn't see any moving parts to become snagged so it seemed fine. Let me know if that could pose a risk. Otherwise, Thanks Again! My list of problems is dwindling. Now to get to the weird Power Steering issue....
