Tips for cleaning, replacing or covering cloth seats in '89 240DL 200

I'm still looking for a 240 and have my eye on an '89 that is pretty clean with low miles, save for some stains on the cloth passenger front and a big stain on the rear cloth bench. Suggestions for removing/cleaning or installing new fabric, or on seat covers?

I generally have avoided seat covers because it always looks like you're trying to hide something, but the attached site has some that they say look like the real thing. Not cheap, but does anyone have any experience with them?

What about removal of fabric and cleaning or replacing - where does one look for replacement cloth? I'd like to avoid the junk yard and am willing to pay more for something that looks nice.

Thanks in advance for any advice...
