544 Turns Over, but doesn't start - not sure what to do... 444-544

I've got a red 1963 544 B18. It was purchased by my father and I know next to nothing about it, but I can't stand to see it outside under a tarp falling to pieces. It last ran about 1.5 years ago. We got it started by changing the battery and using a heat gun to warm up the block. A few months later, it wouldn't start again. I pushed it into the garage with the intention of making it run and then selling it. I charged the battery and got it to turn over, but it won't start. Where should I start? The gas is probably 1.5 years old, the oil hasn't been changed in about 2 years. The air filters look pretty old...
