consistently dies after about 5 minutes 700 1987

1987 740 turbo

completely undriveable now.

what was just a sporatic problem, has now become consistent

will just die after about 5 minutes of driving. yes, tach drops to zero.

have changed fuel relays.

have changed jetronic computer, coil, ignation amplifier (probably not proper term, the thing near the battery, on the fender).

spark plug wires look fine, as does distrbutor cap and rotor.

thinking about swapping in a different distrubotr, just in case the hall sensor is bad

wondering if this could be a bad harness as well.

any thoughts?
