Horns again 444-544

What do you know. The horn works. I pulled off the steering wheel and placed a screwdriver from the wire to ground and it beeped. Looks like somebody before me pulled the wire in so it doesn't contact the horn button though, probably because the insulators are shot and the horn will beep continuously.

Where do I find those little insulators?
